Term 3

Our topic this term answers the History enquiry question: How did the achievements of the Ancient Maya impact their society and beyond? We will be studying this fascinating group of people and finding out how their inventions and discoveries impacted our world. 

For reading, we will study Wonder by R.J Palacio, a compelling story about a boy with physical disabilities who overcomes people's prejudices as he makes his way in the world.

P.E will be on MONDAYS this term and will be an inside sport. Children must bring their kit into school in a bag ready to change into after lunch. 

We will have Forest School every fortnight this term, starting on Friday, 17th January. Children will need to bring their kit into school ready to change after lunch. Please be mindful of the changing weather and choose appropriate clothing/footwear for the weather.
