Welcome back to Term 2 

A busy and exciting term lies ahead of us!

Our Geographical enquiry in Term 2 will be:

' Why don't penguins need to fly?' 

We will be learning about the physical features of polar, temperate and tropical regions of the world. We will be building on our learning in Year 1 when we learnt about different types of weather.

Our PE this term will be on a Thursday afternoon - please ensure your child has a PE kit to change into on this day.

Our Forest School days will be 27th November, 4th December and 11th December. On these days the children should come to school in uniform and bring Forest School kit to change into after lunch. As the weather gets colder please ensure your child has warm clothes for Forest School.

Home learning will include reading each day and phonics/reading/spelling games on

Twinkl For Web alongside practise on Numbots and TT Rockstars.
