Welcome to Otter class

We will be using The Firework-Makers Daughter by Phillip Pullman as our class book and will be exploring characters as well as settings. But to get us back into the swing of things, the first week we are going to write about someone we find inspirational and look at exploring different vocabulary to enhance our writing. 

This term in Geography we will be learning about how we use our oceans as well as exploring how laws are created as part of our RE curriculum. In Art, we will be looking at how art can represent movement and in Science we will be investigating mixtures.

Our PE day is on Wednesday and children are advised to come to school already in their PE kits. On Friday Otter class will be undertaking Forest School for the whole of term 1. Please wear your uniform to school and bring a change of clothes for Forest School, including appropriate footwear.
